Service Description

In a Kapotasana yoga class, students can expect to focus on preparing the body for this deep backbend and hip opener. The class may begin with a gentle warm-up, focusing on hip-opening postures such as Pigeon Prep, lunges, and various seated stretches to loosen the hip flexors and quadriceps. Additionally, the instructor may guide the students through chest-opening poses to prepare the upper body for the backbend. As the class progresses, the instructor will likely guide students through gentle backbends to warm up the spine. They will also guide students in proper alignment and technique to safely and effectively move into Kapotasana. Individualized adjustments, support, and the use of props like blocks or straps may also be offered to help students access the posture comfortably.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made 72 hours prior to the start time of each class, and up to 10 minutes before the class starts. Please remember to cancel your reservation if you can't make it to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy our classes. Cancellation can be made up to 6 hours prior to start time. For any late cancellation, please contact us directly. Credit Package: Late cancellation will result in the loss of your credit. While we can't refund the credit used for your booking, giving us a heads up allows us to offer your spot to someone else. Member Pass: A no-show will result in a temporary 24-hour pause on your plan. We reserve the right to cancel all of your upcoming bookings as a result of your no-show. We reserve the right to cancel classes with less than 2 bookings.
